These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Fromm Consulting LLC, doing business as Fromm Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)and govern your use of our website and services provided by us. By accessing our website or purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Post or share unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or data
Copy or misuse content without permission
2. Services & Scope
Fromm Coaching provides strategic coaching and consulting services. We offer guidance, education, feedback, and strategic recommendations based on experience and best practices.
We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, business outcomes, or personal results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, implementation, effort, timing, market conditions, and other variables.
By working with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing strategies and making final business decisions.
3. No Guarantees
We are committed to delivering high-quality strategy, insights, and support. However:
We do not guarantee income, sales, growth, or specific performance results
We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or delivered services
Coaching and consulting are collaborative processes, and results vary by individual
This protects both parties by setting realistic expectations from the start.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are due as outlined on your invoice or booking page.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are non-refundable
Late payments may result in paused or terminated services
Payment plans must be honored according to the agreed schedule
By purchasing services, you agree to these payment terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, recordings, and proprietary methods shared during our engagement remain the intellectual property of Fromm Consulting, LLC.
You may use materials for your own business, but you may not copy, resell, distribute, or teach them as your own without written permission.
6. Not Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice
All services are provided for educational and strategic purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, or medical advice.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals when needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fromm Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes will be resolved in New Hampshire, United States.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Clarity Reset Intensive™
The Clarity Reset Intensive™ (“Intensive”) is a three-week private coaching engagement offered by Fromm Consulting LLC d/b/a Fromm Coaching. The Intensive includes one 90-minute private coaching session, two 60-minute private coaching sessions, personalized exercises as appropriate, and messaging support between sessions during the three-week engagement period.
The Intensive begins on the date of the Client’s first scheduled session and is intended to be completed within three consecutive weeks. Sessions must be scheduled and used within this period unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Fromm Coaching. Client is responsible for scheduling sessions using the booking links provided.
The fee for the Intensive is $997 and is due in full before the first session. Because Fromm Coaching reserves dedicated coaching capacity for the Client, payments are non-refundable once the Intensive has begun. If Client chooses not to complete the Intensive or does not use all included sessions or support within the agreed period, no refund or credit will be provided.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used at the discretion of Fromm Coaching, except in the case of emergency or other circumstances agreed upon by Fromm Coaching.
Messaging support is intended for brief questions, observations, exercises, and coaching support related to the Intensive. It does not constitute 24/7 or emergency access, and response times are not guaranteed. Fromm Coaching will generally respond within a few hours.
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal and professional development, clarity, decision-making, behavior change, and business or leadership goals. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional treatment or services. No specific business, financial, personal, or other outcome is guaranteed. Client remains solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
Either party may determine that continued coaching is no longer appropriate. Fromm Coaching reserves the right to discontinue the engagement for inappropriate conduct, misuse of messaging access, non-payment, or other circumstances that make a productive coaching relationship impracticable.
