The higher you go, the fewer people you can actually talk to.
Leadership comes with decisions that don't have obvious answers. You're balancing the needs of your team, the expectations of other stakeholders, business performance and your own instincts — often while everyone else is looking to you for clarity.
Executive coaching gives you a place to step outside of the noise, challenge your thinking and make better decisions about what happens next.
You don't need someone to tell you how to do your job.
You got here because you're capable.
Executive coaching isn't about handing you another leadership framework or telling you what a "good leader" should do.
It's about having someone outside of the organization who can challenge your assumptions, spot patterns you can't see from inside them and ask the questions that don't always get asked in the room.
We might work through:
A decision where every option has consequences
Leading through growth, change or uncertainty
Managing difficult personalities and team dynamics
Stepping into a bigger role or level of responsibility
Delegating without feeling like you're losing control
Communicating clearly when the stakes are high
Navigating conflict or difficult conversations
Building confidence in decisions without needing absolute certainty
Separating what you actually believe from what fear, pressure or other people's expectations are telling you
Sometimes you need strategy.
Sometimes you need perspective.
And sometimes you need someone willing to say, "I'm not sure that's actually the problem."
Strategy matters. So does the brain making the strategy.
Most executive coaching focuses heavily on what leaders do. I'm equally interested in why you do it. Because your brain is constantly filtering information, making assumptions, predicting risk and pulling from previous experiences — usually before you're consciously aware that it's happening.
Under pressure, those patterns become even more influential. That's why my approach combines practical executive and business coaching with neuroscience-informed behavioral work.
We look at both sides:
What's happening in the business?
and
What's happening in your head while you're trying to lead it?
Understanding both creates better decisions.
What can executive coaching help with?
-
Strategic Decision-Making
Cut through competing priorities, pressure and noise so you can see the actual decision in front of you.
-
Leadership Confidence
Trust your judgment without needing complete certainty or universal approval.
-
Communication & Difficult Conversations
Say what needs to be said clearly, thoughtfully and without avoiding the conversation for three weeks first.
-
Team Leadership
Understand the dynamics underneath performance, accountability, motivation and trust.
-
Executive Presence
Lead with confidence and authenticity without trying to perform some version of what you think an executive is supposed to look like.
-
Growth & Transition
Navigate promotions, organizational change, rapid growth or a role that suddenly requires a very different version of you.
I've sat on your side of the table.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years working across agencies, startups and global corporations — including leadership roles with companies such as Lindt & Sprüngli and Kraft Heinz.
I've led teams, managed competing stakeholders, navigated organizational change and made decisions where there wasn't a perfect answer.
Today, I combine that real-world leadership experience with professional coaching training, neuroscience-informed approaches and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
My background includes:
20+ years in business, marketing and leadership
Former General Manager and Executive
Leadership experience across startups and global corporations
Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner
Certified Neuro-Sciencine Business Coach
I understand the business conversation. But I'm not inside your organization, which means I don't have a political agenda, a department to protect or a preferred answer.
My job is to help you think better.
Who is this for?
This work can be particularly powerful for:
Business owners who know what needs to happen next but keep getting in their own way.
Executives and leaders navigating pressure, difficult decisions, visibility or increased responsibility.
Entrepreneurs whose business has grown faster than their confidence has.
High performers who are extremely capable — and extremely good at overthinking.
You don't need to have a "mindset problem."
You may simply have reached a point where the way you've always thought and operated isn't going to get you where you want to go next.
Knowing better isn't the same as doing differently.
If you're tired of understanding your patterns without actually changing them, let's work on the gap between the two.
